Collection: YUGTO

The Yugto Collection is our second collection, inspired by the perseverance of the weavers from Abra, Ilocos. These people work hard to keep the dying art of their ancestors weaving alive. 

The word "Yugto" is a Filipino word that means "a fundamental transition" or "a development of as tory of phenomenon."

Despite the hardships that the community has faced they constantly choose to turn to the next chapter and continue on with their traditions by creating their beautiful Tinakpil designs. 

We decided to be part of that next chapter  by curating pieces in the collection that are one of a kind showcasing the Filipino roots and uniqueness.
