returns and exchanges
We accept and offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Final sale items and items that are 50% off or greater are final sale and will not be refunded. Both local provincial orders and international returns will only be accepted at the cost of the customer (including shipping charges, taxes and duties.) Merchandise that is eligible may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our return policies.
Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging and returned in the condition it was given. Upon receipt of returned goods, Kwento has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Once we receive your return we will issue your refund to the original form of payment or for store credit within 2-3 days.
Please do message us at either firstname.lastname@example.org or our instagram for exchanges and let us know immediately on what design or piece you would like to exchange it for as we have limited designs per piece.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from when your return is received. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send images of the damages and all information to email@example.com with your order number in the subject of the email.
